Cancellation policy
Participants
Cancellation less than 14 days before the event starts will not be refunded. Check if your travel insurance covers lost expenses. Cancellation more than 14 days before the event entitles you to a refund minus an administrative fee of 500 NOK.

Please note: These rules apply to accommodation/meals at Søsætra; the course leader may have their own rules regarding the program fee. Contact your course leader for more information.
Tenants/course leaders
Cancellation more than 90 days before the event will result in a full refund of the reservation fee (5000 NOK). Cancellation after 90 days before the event will not be refunded.

If Søsætra has to cancel your reservation, a full refund or a new date will be offered.
